Shipping and Delivery Policy

Ninety One Degrees provides delivery services for specialty coffee and coffee-related products across the United Arab Emirates.

Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Estimated delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the emirate and delivery area.

  • Deliveries are available daily except on Fridays.

  • Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

  • Delays may occur during public holidays, peak seasons, severe weather conditions, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Fees

  • Standard delivery fee to most areas across the UAE: AED 30.

  • Delivery fee to remote Al Ain areas and the Western Region of Abu Dhabi: AED 50.

  • The final delivery fee will be displayed clearly during checkout.

Remote Al Ain Areas

Al Waqn, Al Qoua, Bukriya, Nahil, Sweihan, Al Saad, Abu Samra, Al Khattam, Al Khazna, Rimah, Al Dhahra and Malaqet.

Abu Dhabi Western Region

Madinat Zayed, Liwa, Al Marfa, Al Ruwais, Ghayathi, Al Sila and Bida Al Matawa.

Delivery Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including:

  • Full name.

  • Mobile phone number.

  • Emirate and area.

  • Street or neighbourhood name.

  • Building, villa or apartment number, where applicable.

  • Any nearby landmark that may help the delivery driver locate the address.

Ninety One Degrees is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete information or inaccurate contact details.

Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the secure payment methods available on our website.

Order preparation will begin once the payment has been successfully confirmed.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • An order confirmation will be sent to the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

  • Tracking information may be shared once the order has been dispatched.

  • The customer may also be contacted by the delivery driver when the order is out for delivery.

  • Please ensure that the provided phone number is correct and available to avoid delivery delays.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer being unavailable, not answering the phone, providing an incorrect address or refusing to accept the order, an additional delivery attempt may be arranged for an extra charge.

If the order is returned to us, the original shipping and delivery charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Changing the Delivery Address

Customers may request a change to the delivery address before the order has been handed over to the courier.

Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. Additional charges may apply if the new address is located in a different delivery area.

Checking Your Order

We take care to pack all products securely to help protect them during transportation.

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, missing or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the products and packaging.

Coffee and Roast Dates

We aim to provide all coffee products in the best possible condition.

Roast dates may vary depending on the roaster, country of origin, import schedule, shipment arrival date and product availability.

Coffee should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
